My name is Mandi and I view our work together as a partnership where we are both equals collaborating to work towards the change you are seeking in your life. Whether we work together in one on one therapy sessions or I help support you by sharing other mental health resources, I am glad you’re here. Taking steps to tend to your mental health and relational health takes a lot of courage and I’m here for it.
Therapy can be something you look forward to when you connect with your therapist as a person. So here’s a little about me. I am a fun loving, borderline always joking, definitely listening to music or enjoying nature, relaxing or traveling with my family and friends kind of gal. Did I mention I live for my morning walks/bike rides?
It is important to me that you know I treat our therapeutic relationship with respect and have an intentional focus on creating a safe and trusting space for you to explore yourself and your relationships. I arrive to our sessions as a curious learner to your inner world. I honor the vulnerability involved in this process and hold this space with you with care. I am socially and culturally conscious, body affirming, LGBTQ+ allied, and sex positive. “Y’all” means all, y’all. You are welcome here.

After 10 years as a therapist, I've learned that while therapy is a valuable tool, it's not the only way to support life's challenges. Recently, I co-founded Zessio, a mental health ecosystem designed to expand access to resources. My role is to help you tap into your inherent strengths and guide you in creating a personalized approach to manage your mental health, both in therapy and everyday life.
